My job has always been to detect the needs of my clients and those of their end clients through trends and observation of the market for more than 15 years for companies in the fashion sector.
Seeing the new needs, the processes of continuous changes and my restless mind, I decided to develop myself in research and ideation methodologies for design and innovation, having Design Thinking as the main Ideation tool, which helped me understand design and creativity as the real step towards change.
Ascertaining that the experience that I have been collecting during these years can be transversal, has given me the opportunity to work in the wine, furniture, wellness sector and of course, in fashion brands focused on seeking new solutions and adaptation and innovation processes through Molo Estudio, where we connect ideas, current and future needs of people with companies and creatives to find solutions and create opportunities with a positive purpose, transforming information into solutions aligned with company resources, to help make better decisions on time.
