The audit is performed to evaluate the state and potential of the Mon brand, which during 20 years has as its sole purpose to create the best high quality natural products. We perform team workshops with the client and brand analysts. We go deep looking at the natural cosmetics brand trends and competition in order to settle on a common idea and strategy. We reach consensus regarding the target market and goals. We believe in story telling and create the book of the brand’s tone of voice. The visual elements as well as the verbal ones are defined.
