We perform team workshops with the client and brand analysts. We go deep looking at the natural cosmetics brand trends and competition in order to settle on a common idea and strategy. We reach consensus regarding the target market and goals. We believe in story telling and create the book of the brand’s tone of voice. The visual elements as well as the verbal ones are defined.
